Traditional Bangladeshi music is lyrical (Baniprodhan), with minimal use of musical instruments. My nice button is out of order but my bite me button works just fine shirt. Baul tradition is the only realization of Bangla folk music and there are many other musical traditions in Bangladesh, which vary by region. Gombhira, Bhatiali, Bhawaiya are all lesser known forms of music. Bengal folk music often uses ektara, a one-string instrument. Other instruments include dotara, dhol, flute and small pair drum. Bangladesh also has a prominent North Indian Classical Music heritage. Similarly, Bangladeshi dancing forms also originate from folk traditions, especially the traditions of the tribal groups, as well as the wider Indian dance tradition.
